Cancellation Window

• Standard Bookings: Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 to 48 hours (depending on the rate selected during booking) prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalties.
• Non-Refundable / Promotional Rates: Certain promotional rates or special packages are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable. Please check the specific rate rules before completing payment.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Charges

• If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification (No-Show), or if you cancel outside the allowed window, the hotel will charge a penalty equivalent to the first night’s room rate plus taxes.

Refund Process

• Eligible Refunds: Refunds for validly cancelled bookings will be credited back exclusively to the original payment method or card used during the online booking.
• Timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed immediately by the hotel. However, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
